—Privacy Policy—
No tricks. No selling. The minimum we need to run the apps, nothing more.
We don't sell your data. We collect the minimum needed to make our apps work. We try to keep things simple.
When you use the contact form on this site, we collect:
When you use Dirty Chains CTP, the app collects account and gameplay data — including your sign-in identity (Apple, Google, or email), display name, optional profile photo, round scores and the imaginary dollar amounts you "bet," your friends list, and an optional PDGA number. You can also play as an anonymous guest.
Dirty Chains CTP has its own detailed privacy policy that is the authoritative source for exactly what the app collects and why. Read it at dirtychainsctp.com/privacy.
We never ask for and never collect: payment info, government IDs, browsing history outside our apps, or info from your social media accounts. If we don't need it to make the app work, we don't want it.
That's the whole list.
We use Firebase (Google) to store game data and host site images. We use Netlify to host the website itself. Both companies have their own privacy policies that apply to data flowing through their servers.
We don't share, sell, or rent your data to advertisers, brokers, or anyone else.
Our apps are currently ad-free, including Dirty Chains CTP. If we ever introduce ads in a future app, we'll update this policy first to spell out exactly what any ad partner can and can't see, and we'll never let an ad network track you across other sites for behavioral profiling.
We may use basic, aggregated analytics to know how many people visit the site. We don't track individuals.
Our apps are not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal info from kids under 13. If you're a parent and you think your child has given us info, email us and we'll delete it.
If we update this policy, we'll update the "last updated" date below and announce big changes through the app or email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy.
